Refund policy
Deploying a bot reserves real VPS resources the moment setup completes, so purchases are final once your bot has been provisioned. We're not able to offer refunds after that point.
If you cancel a subscription before your bot is provisioned, or you haven't finished the setup wizard yet, contact us and we'll sort it out before any resources are committed.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard -- cancelling stops future billing and removes your bot, but does not refund payments already made for the current billing period.
Custom features and custom bots are one-time payments made once your request has been scoped and priced. Because that work (and, for custom bots, VPS provisioning) begins immediately after payment, these payments are also non-refundable.
If a payment is refunded or disputed through your bank, the associated bot is automatically removed.
